Happy Tums COVID-19 Policy

1. What we will do

1.1. Ensure that the public venues we use have an adequate infection control/risk assessment policy in place (this will not apply to private households or venues organised privately by customers).

1.2. Disinfect floor mats prior to and after use.

1.3. Follow social distancing requirements as set out by the Government.

1.4. Provide hand sanitiser with at least 70% alcohol.

1.5. Inform you if we are diagnosed with COVID-19 within 2 days of a workshop.

2. What we ask you to do

2.1. For private workshops we will require you to send the names and email addresses of all attendees at least 24 hours before the workshop (as per our booking instructions but also to comply with Test & Trace).

2.2. Please do not attend if you, your child or anyone in your household has symptoms of COVID-19.

2.3. Follow social distancing requirements as set out by the Government.

2.4. Take all rubbish (including nappies) with you at the end of the workshop.

2.5. Inform us If you or your baby tests positive for COVID-19 within 2 days of your workshop.

3. Amendments to Booking Terms & Conditions

3.1. Customers who with suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 within their household will be able to reschedule or cancel their space on a workshop without notice.

3.3. If we are unable to operate from your chosen location, for whatever reason, we reserve the right to operate the workshop via Zoom.
