Happy Tums COVID-19 Policy

1. What we will do

1.1. Ensure that the public venues we use have an adequate infection control/risk assessment policy in place (this will not apply to private households or venues organised privately by customers).
1.2. Reduce numbers of attendees, where necessary, to ensure social distancing is maintained
1.3. Disinfect floor mats prior to and after use.
1.4. Take our temperature before the workshop (this will be done before we leave to attend the workshop).
1.5. Take your temperature before the workshop.
1.6. Follow social distancing guidelines, including maintaining a minimum 2m distance (or whatever distance is required according to the guidelines laid down by the Government and/or our insurance).
1.7. Wear a face shield where the Government guidelines require us to do so, or where you would like us to.
1.8. Provide hand sanitiser with at least 70% alcohol.
1.9. Inform you if we are diagnosed with COVID-19 within 7 days of a workshop.

2. What we ask you to do

2.1. For private workshops we will require you to send the names and email addresses of all attendees at least 24 hours before the workshop (as per our booking instructions but also to comply with Test & Trace).
2.2. Please do not attend if you, your child or anyone in your household or bubble has symptoms of COVID-19.
2.3. Allow us to take your temperature upon arrival.
2.4. Sanitise hands at the start of the workshop.
2.5. Follow social distancing guidelines, including maintaining a minimum 2m distance from anyone not in your household or bubble ((or whatever distance is required according to the guidelines laid down by the Government and/or our insurance).
2.6. Wear a face mask or face covering for any of our ‘public’ workshops whilst Government guidelines require such action. Face mask/coverings are not required at private homes, gardens, or open spaces.
2.7. Use card payment for any products purchased.
2.8. Take all rubbish (including nappies) with you at the end of the workshop.
2.9. Inform us If you or your baby tests positive for COVID-19 within 7 days of your workshop.

3. Temperature check

3.1. should any adult attendee show a raised temperature (38°c or higher) then they will have to leave the workshop.
3.2. The attendee can choose to attend another group workshop at a later date (after the 14 day quarantine period), or request a refund.
3.3. If the attendee is part of a private group booking, the group must decide if they wish to continue without that person or if they wish to rearrange for a later date (after the 14 day quarantine period).

4. Amendments to Booking Terms & Conditions

4.1. Customers who with suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 within their household or bubble will be able to reschedule or cancel their space on a workshop without notice.
4.2. In the case of inclement weather, for those workshops due to take place outside, customers can choose to reschedule to an alternative day, switch to a Zoom workshop or move inside where there is provision to do so.
4.3. If we are unable to operate from your chosen location, for whatever reason, we reserve the right to operate the workshop via Zoom.
